In his position of a CEO and Chairman of Elevate and stepping on his strong background in Digital Transformation and Human Resources, Ivaylo Slavov is leading Elevate’s success on its way to becoming a leading provider of Flexible Workforce Solutions on all core markets of the company. He is a serial entrepreneur and executive with 30+ years of international experience in the fields of IT, Financial Services, Outsourcing, BPO and Human Resources through diverse managerial roles at Microsoft, SEB, Unisys, Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA. Earlier, Ivaylo founded BULPROS (now known as DIGITALL). Under his leadership, the company became among the fastest growing technology companies in CEE, recognized in rankings such as Deloitte’s “Technology Fast 50 Central Europe” and “Technology Fast 500TM EMEA” as well as to the Inc. 5000 Europe and others.
Rusi Bostandjiev, in his Managing Director role, joined Elevate Change as highly qualified entrepreneur and corporate executive specialized in both developing start-ups and established organizations. With 23+ years of combined experience in Mortgage-Backed Securities, Banking and Structured Trade Finance industries Rusi has developed himself as a results-driven motivator with strong managerial, organizational and analytical skillset, self-discipline, high established values.
Apart from the US market arena, for over 4 years Rusi had a chance to gain knowledge among multi-cultural business ethics environment in West-Central Africa. This assignment not only added to his vast work-engagement experience, but further enriched vision and creativity for success through a broader network.
At Elevate Change Services Ltd., the trade name of our US based entity, Rusi is responsible for overall business management, compliance, financial objectives, KPIs.
Steven Hadji has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry, gradually built through positions as Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Head of Business Development. Steve’s educational background is in Computer Science from Quincy College and a graduate program in Information Technologies from Northeastern University, MA.
As Head of Sales & Business Development at Elevate, Marko Slavov leverages his expertise in the Tech and Human Resource industries, supported by an academic background in Business Informatics. In his role, he is responsible for identifying and implementing digital solutions that streamline internal processes, reduce inefficiencies and drive scalable growth. A core focus of his work is the integration of Artificial Intelligence as an internal accelerator – boosting productivity, enabling smarter data-driven decision-making and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Denitza Mihova is responsible for Elevate’s overall marketing strategy, brand identity, internal and external communications and corporate image. She leads communication campaigns and coordinates media and partner relations. With over 17 years of experience in Marketing, PR, and Communications, focused on IT services, Outsourcing and Human Resources, she has played a key role in positioning both innovative start-ups and large tech companies. For 13 years, she was part of the leadership team at BULPROS (now DIGITALL), one of Bulgaria’s fastest-growing tech firms, where she led marketing and corporate communications through multiple mergers and acquisitions with 1,300+ employees in 19 offices across Europe and North America.
Mihail Mihaylov brings over 13 years of experience in recruitment and has been part of Elevate’s leadership team since 2018. As Head of Recruitment Services, he oversees the Professional, Technology and International Recruitment divisions, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and consistent service quality.
Mihail is recognized for building high-performing teams, enhancing recruitment processes and fostering strong client partnerships across various industries. His approach focuses on long-term value, efficiency, and delivering tailored talent solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Marina Naykova is a seasoned expert in Talent Management and Recruitment for International companies. Throughout her career, she has held many managerial roles in the industry, including serving as Operations Manager at Easy Consult for many years, where was responsible for the strategic development and execution of recruitment and employee management processes.
Since 2018, Marina has been leading Be Global, focusing on attracting and hiring talent from non-EU countries. Under her leadership, the Be Global team supports the relocation and integration of foreign candidates in Bulgaria, helping them to start their successful careers.
Ina Chukur

Ina Chukur is Expert in International Migration and Mobility. Since 2018, she has established herself as a specialist in Human Resources, focusing on attracting, recruiting, and hiring talent from non-EU countries. Additionally, Ina actively assists individuals of Bulgarian origin living abroad, supporting their integration into the Bulgarian labor market. One of her key responsibilities involves the legalization of documents for these candidates, ensuring smooth access to employment opportunities in Bulgaria. Her expertise in labor migration, combined with her experience and professionalism, makes her an essential asset in facilitating the successful placement and integration of talent in Bulgaria.
