Ivaylo Slavov

Chairman and CEO

In his position of a CEO and Chairman of Elevate and stepping on his strong background in Digital Transformation and Human Resources, Ivaylo Slavov is leading Elevate’s success on its way to becoming a leading provider of Flexible Workforce Solutions on all core markets of the company. He is a serial entrepreneur and executive with 30+ years of international experience in the fields of IT, Financial Services, Outsourcing, BPO and Human Resources through diverse managerial roles at Microsoft, SEB, Unisys, Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA. Earlier, Ivaylo founded BULPROS (now known as DIGITALL). Under his leadership, the company became among the fastest growing technology companies in CEE, recognized in rankings such as Deloitte’s “Technology Fast 50 Central Europe” and “Technology Fast 500TM EMEA” as well as to the Inc. 5000 Europe and others.

Emil Ralev

Head of Finance & Operations

As Head of Finance & Operations, Emil is responsible for operational excellence and business growth, financial strategy and resource planning, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow management, financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, risk management and internal control. Emil has over 25 years of experience in various commercial, finance and general management roles at multinational companies like Procter&Gamble, SSL, Monster Energy and Vision Group. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in planning and executing strategic business initiatives, setting up and managing high performance teams, championing financial discipline and implementing robust control frameworks to drive business transformation and growth.

Marko Slavov

Head of Sales & Business Development

As Head of Sales & Business Development at Elevate, Marko Slavov leverages his expertise in the Tech and Human Resource industries, supported by an academic background in Business Informatics. In his role, he is responsible for identifying and implementing digital solutions that streamline internal processes, reduce inefficiencies and drive scalable growth. A core focus of his work is the integration of Artificial Intelligence as an internal accelerator – boosting productivity, enabling smarter data-driven decision-making and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Denitza Mihova

Head of Marketing, PR & Communications

Denitza Mihova is responsible for Elevate’s overall marketing strategy, brand identity, internal and external communications and corporate image. She leads communication campaigns and coordinates media and partner relations. With over 17 years of experience in Marketing, PR, and Communications, focused on IT services, Outsourcing and Human Resources, she has played a key role in positioning both innovative start-ups and large tech companies. For 13 years, she was part of the leadership team at BULPROS (now DIGITALL), one of Bulgaria’s fastest-growing tech firms, where she led marketing and corporate communications through multiple mergers and acquisitions with 1,300+ employees in 19 offices across Europe and North America.

Marina Naykova

Managing Director Be Global

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Marina Naykova is a seasoned expert in Talent Management and Recruitment for International companies. Throughout her career, she has held many managerial roles in the industry, including serving as Operations Manager at Easy Consult for many years, where was responsible for the strategic development and execution of recruitment and employee management processes.

Since 2018, Marina has been leading Be Global, focusing on attracting and hiring talent from non-EU countries. Under her leadership, the Be Global team supports the relocation and integration of foreign candidates in Bulgaria, helping them to start their successful careers.

Mihail Mihaylov

Head of Recruitment Services

Mihail Mihaylov brings over 13 years of experience in recruitment and has been part of Elevate’s leadership team since 2018. As Head of Recruitment Services, he oversees the Professional, Technology and International Recruitment divisions, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and consistent service quality. Mihail is recognized for building high-performing teams, enhancing recruitment processes and fostering strong client partnerships across various industries. His approach focuses on long-term value, efficiency, and delivering tailored talent solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.

Ina Chukur

Managing Director Be Global

Ina Chukur is Expert in International Migration and Mobility. Since 2018, she has established herself as a specialist in Human Resources, focusing on attracting, recruiting, and hiring talent from non-EU countries. Additionally, Ina actively assists individuals of Bulgarian origin living abroad, supporting their integration into the Bulgarian labor market. One of her key responsibilities involves the legalization of documents for these candidates, ensuring smooth access to employment opportunities in Bulgaria. Her expertise in labor migration, combined with her experience and professionalism, makes her an essential asset in facilitating the successful placement and integration of talent in Bulgaria.

Chavdar Barov

Site Manager Swissport SSC Bulgaria

Chavdar Barov joined Elevate’s leadership team in 2024 as HR Services Delivery Manager, taking on the responsibility of establishing and leading the newly founded Shared Service Center for Swissport. He brings over 15 years of experience in the BPO and Shared Services industry, with a strong track record in building shared service environments, nearshoring operations and leading high-performing teams. Prior to Elevate, Chavdar served as Global HR Solutions Lead at Cargill Business Services and was General Manager of Panalpina Bulgaria GBS.

Lyubka Dimitrova

ZKW Business Service Center Lead

Luybka Dimitrova leads the setup and ongoing management of ZKW’s Business Services Center in Sofia. With over 25 years of international experience in operations leadership, she helps companies achieve business goals through expert project management, consulting, and process optimization. Lyubka specializes in streamlining operations, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable improvements. Her strategic and adaptive approach ensures that every solution is tailored to the company’s goals and supports long-term success. As a dedicated coach and mentor, Lyubka empowers teams to perform at their best by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. Her leadership style combines strategic vision with hands-on support, creating a culture of trust and high performance. She is committed to driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainable value in every project she leads.
