Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRМ Pre-sales and Integration
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRМ Pre-sales and Integration to join our team. This role combines client-facing pre-sales activities with hands-on CRM implementation, focusing on Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, proposing tailored CRM solutions, and supporting successful delivery.

• Support pre-sales activities by analyzing client requirements and proposing suitable CRM solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare demos, presentations, and solution proposals
• Participate in client meetings to gather business and technical requirements
• Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Support integrations between CRM systems and third-party applications
• Assist in solution architecture and contribute to technical documentation
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations
Изисквания
• 2+ years of experience in CRM pre-sales, implementation, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with CRM integrations (APIs, connectors, third-party systems)
• Understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice to Have
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of data models and cloud platforms (Azure is a plus)
