Elevate attended the official celebration of Bulgaria’s National Day on 3 March 2026 in Munich, hosted by the General Consulate of the Republic of Bulgaria. This marked Elevate’s second consecutive year supporting the event as a sponsor. The celebration gathered representatives from Bulgarian and Bavarian institutions, along with members of the Bulgarian German business community.

Bulgaria’s National Day Celebration – 3 March 2026

The evening featured a rich cultural program, showcasing traditional folklore dances and performances by talented Bulgarian artists, highlighting Bulgaria’s vibrant traditions, cultural identity and national heritage. The renowned Bulgarian folklore ensemble “Lazarka” also marked the national celebration with a special concert in partnership with Desi Dobreva and the children from Munich’s two Bulgarian schools – “Dora Gabe” and “Paisii Hilendarski”. The event promoted Bulgaria’s cultural heritage and brought it closer to both the German audience and the Bulgarian community living in Munich. It created an atmosphere of cultural exchange, bringing together people from both communities to celebrate and experience the diversity and spirit of the Bulgarian culture.
During the official cocktail celebration, the event also featured an exhibition with panoramic aerial photos of Bulgaria, supported by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria. The images showed the Black Sea coast, mountains and rich cultural heritage. The exhibition attracted great interest among the guests and became yet another opportunity to showcase the beauty and diversity of Bulgaria to our Bavarian friends.
Elevate was represented at the event by Marko Slavov – Head of Sales & Business Development and Ivan Minchev – Business Development Manager.

Economic Forum „Market Opportunities for Nearshoring in Bulgaria “in Nuremberg – 4 March 2026

On the following day, 4 March 2026, Elevate has also taken part in the Economic Forum „Market Opportunities for Nearshoring in Bulgaria“ in Nuremberg organized by the General Consulate of Bulgaria in Munich and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Nuremberg. The event brought together representatives of institutions, business organizations, investors and companies with Bulgarian participation, creating a valuable platform for B2B meetings and exchange on economic cooperation and investment opportunities. The long-term relationship between Bavaria and Bulgaria is built on trust, strong economic collaboration and active exchange in fields such as science, culture and education. In 2024, the trade between Bulgaria and Bavaria has exceeded €2 billion, highlighting the growing interest from German companies in exploring nearshoring opportunities in Bulgaria. The forum provided a great opportunity for B2B meetings, enabling participants to establish new connections, discuss potential partnerships and explore opportunities for future collaboration between the two regions.

Elevate’s participation in both the National Day celebration in Munich and the Economic Forum in Nuremberg reaffirmed the company’s commitment to strengthening cultural and economic ties between Bulgaria and Bavaria. These events provided valuable opportunities to deepen partnerships, promote Bulgaria’s rich heritage, and support further collaboration within the Bulgarian German business community, contributing to the development of sustainable cross-border partnerships.
