Junior Vacation Planner
We are looking for motivated students and candidates without previous experience who are eager to gain valuable professional exposure in a dynamic aviation environment. This temporary hybrid role is available from August until the end of November and offers flexible working conditions, hands-on experience, and the chance to work in a friendly and collaborative international team.
Responsibilities
· Support Vacation Planners during the annual vacation planning process
· Send reminder emails to employees who have not submitted their vacation plans
· Transfer data from ERP systems to Excel and remove vacation requests from ERP when required
· Set comments about school vacations into the ERP and color them in excel
· Preparing presentations for reporting and coordination purposes
· Adjust minutes on ERP when necessary
· Collect and manage vacation confirmation communications from employees, and support the review and adjustment of vacation requests to align with operational needs
Requirements
· Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year at a Technical University
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret graphs, tables, and KPIs related to efficient roster planning
· Fluent in English (B2+ level)
· Proficient in Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word
· Experience in workforce rostering is strong advantage
· Previous exposure to aviation or ground handling is a plus, but a strong interest and enthusiasm for the aviation is equally valued
· Strong prioritization and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently
· Flexibility to work irregular hours and adapt to schedule changes
· Resilient personality with the ability to perform under pressure
