Customer Marketing Agreements Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic shared services team. In this role, you will support financial processes related to customer agreements and invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and smooth communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and ensure they are accurate and completed on time
- Review and match invoices against agreements and supporting documents
- Handle queries from customers and internal teams via email and phone
- Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with finance and other departments to resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end activities and reporting tasks
- Maintain accurate records and use internal systems effectively
- Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
- Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of finance processes (experience in Accounts Payable or similar is a plus)
- Good Excel skills; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Team player with a proactive attitude
