Responsibilities
• Accurate posting of bank statements and accounts payable transactions
• Support in preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Booking and verification of travel expenses in line with company policies
• Posting accrual-related business transactions and general ledger entries
• Support in accounts receivable activities (nice to have)
• Contribution to monthly and quarterly reporting processes
• Assistance in implementing a new digital data room and documentation structure
• Active involvement in optimizing and digitalizing accounting processes
Requirements
• Completed commercial education
• 1–5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Solid experience with accounts payable and bank postings
• Knowledge of accruals and general ledger accounting
• Initial exposure to accounts receivable and reporting is an advantage
• Responsible and reliable professional with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
• Ambitious and motivated individual;
• Previous experience in a Shared Services Center environment will be considered an advantage
• Strong interest in digital transformation and process improvement
• German and English language (B2)
